Linda - I made this last night, and it is stunningly good! I served it with SF vanilla wafers. I also used Nellie and Joe's, and it's a great option. I will definitely make this again, and will put it in a SF graham cracker crust next time. I'm a big fan of your SF condensed milk! What a save for desserts!

On a totally different note... I never noticed before, but I love your trademark thing in the lower right corner. Very elegant.

I love key lime pie... I want to give this a try. The real thing is too sweet and has lots of sugar; this is a great alternative!

I've never run across key lime juice in a bottle before, but it sure would be handy! I did notice key limes in the store last week tho.. Okay, I'm gonna just say it.. this is not green. Doesn't match the title, "Spring Green".. I have some 'mild' OCD issues, yes I do! So for me, would a drop of green vegetable dye be out of line? Looks delish!

Yummmmm! I am a Florida girl, and when I was growing up we had a key lime tree in our back yard (wellll, maybe TECHNICALLY it was the neighbor's, but they were OK with it!) and I just love the taste. Nothing at all like the other kind of limes!
