I stumbled onto your site via Pinterest yesterday and I'm very grateful (this was the best thing that happened to me all day!) For some time I have wanted to eliminate sugar in my diet but the substituting math using Splenda, Agave,
or Stevia seemed complex. By the time I did the substitution ratios and added this or that to make up for loss volume, I lost interest in the recipe. Then, "Walla," here you are!!!!! You have done all the math!

I just made this for dinner tonight. My family really enjoyed it. I don't eat take out anymore but orange chicken was my favorite as a kid. I thought this tasted very much like the kind I indulged in back in those days! Thanks for this recipe, it was delightful.

"Per Serving: Calories 222; Protien 27 g; Fat 4 g; Carbs 18 g; Fiber 0 g; Sugar 6 g; Sodium 171 mg"

Can you explain how you come to your figures, because they never seem to add up with mine, even if I use exactly the same ingredients. I keep track of what I eat on myfitnesspal, and there's a nutrition calculator on there that says this meal is 277 calories and 31 carbs per serving. Do you list total carbs or do you do that "net carbs" calculation?

Is there possibly any other way to lower the calories on this recipe? I love orange chicken but 1/2 cup for 400+ calories is a lot. Just curious?

One more question I am totally new to your website & therefore dont know much of your terms but you say WLS? Weight Lost Serving??? How much is that? 1/2 cup 1/ cup etc? Cuz I like to measure out in portions especially if I am calorie counting and packing a home made lunch vs. a frozen one at work. Thanks again!
